Hi There!
If you are new here, my name is Britt and I am an online coach and personal trainer. I help women all over the world gain confidence and fall in love with themselves again. From a background of restrictive eating to binge eating, I strive to teach my clients about the perfect world of finding their healthy balance.
I want to educate women to become the best versions of themselves - most importantly - their healthiest and happiest self. My fitness journey has seen me lose a total of 20kgs, but it wasn't without many fails. My aim as a coach is to be that person I wish I had back when I started my journey. Someone to guide me, to educate me, to be my biggest cheerleader. That is exactly what I want to do for YOU!

BALANCED
"BALANCED" is my 12 week coaching program designed to help educate and motivate you to live your life in the most balanced way possible.
> You're sick of the yo-yo diets. You try low carb, no sugar, paleo, keto, high protein and every other fad diet out there - with no results. You miss eating what you want to eat and you have the belief that you will never find a diet that works for you (wrongggg, just you wait girl).
> You struggle with body image, confidence and negative self talk. You're nervous stepping on the scales and don't particularly like looking in the mirror. You just want to be confident again. You want to realise you're a bad ass woman. You want to love yourself again and show that off to the world.
> You lack the motivation and accountability to have a successful journey. You know what exercises to do, you know what foods to eat but you just don't have the motivation to put it all into action and stay consistent. You're frustrated of "starting again" a million and one times.
> You have a poor relationship with food and view foods as "good" VS "bad". You instantly feel guilty when you can't stop at one square of chocolate. You eat healthy all week but end up binging on weekends because you feel so restricted with food. The classic "I'll start on Monday" is your most used phrase.
> You're a complete beginner and have no idea where to even start. You are new to the gym or exercise in general. You have never tracked calories or macros before. You are so unsure of how to even get to your goal but you are so ready to learn and put in the work (yasss queen)!
