I wanted to create my second recipe eBook “balanced” as finding balance with food is something I have previously struggled with on my own fitness journey and I know many of my clients do too. So often we view foods as “good” VS “bad”, cut out food groups, restrict and feel guilt towards food when I truly believe we don’t need to.

 

Balance to me means living life without limitations and allowing yourself to eat a wide variety of foods. A world where both chocolate and vegetables can co-exist, it doesn’t have to be an all or nothing approach. This recipe eBook has both foods that are nutrient dense and colourful with a balance of soul foods.

 

This eBook also includes all macros and calories and although I know this isn’t for everybody, I found on my own journey tracking completely changed the way I view food. From a background of excessive restriction and a lot of guilt, I can now eat anything freely and that’s what I aim to show you through these recipes.

 

Please note that the macros and calories included are from using the specific brands listed but if you don’t have them available to you feel free to use any brands or flavours you prefer. Ie. If you don’t like almond milk you can use any other milk alternative – you will just need to adjust the macros if tracking.
